Advantages of Injection Molding Machine
1. The injection molding machine is plunger type structure. The maximum injection volume at one time is 30g. High utilization rate, less waste and low energy consumption.
2. Injection of various national standard and US standard spline molds, 30g model can process 100*100*(1-3)mm sheet spline and 165mm stretch spline. (also can customize according to requirements)

With extruder can produce almost all thermoplastic polymer material spline, such as: polyimide, PEEK, polyphenylene sulfide PLA, PA, polycarbonate, etc., or add magnetic powder, ceramic powder, graphene, ptfe powder, metal powder, short glass fiber powder, level can reach nano level. It also can be used seperately.
4. Mold replacement and installation is convenient and reliable. Automatic mold opening, automatic mold closing, the best way to sample most materials is automatic demoulding.
5. The optional control system is PLC touch screen, which can store multiple formula and processing parameters.
6. Can increase the core pulling device, do small tubular products. Small size, light weight, can be used on the experimental bench or fume hood.
7. Easy to use, automatic injection molding machine, loading raw material one time can be continuous injection of multiple splines. Adopt automatic operating system, easy to operate, strong clamping force.
8. Temperature control zone: 2 zones, instrument temperature control, maximum operating temperature 450℃. The injection cylinder can be formulated φ 12-18mm according to experimental raw materials
9.9. It can be used together with the miniature extruder. The material can directly enter the injection sleeve of the injection molding machine, and directly facilitate the injection molding of splines and various injection products. (It is convenient to use and can avoid secondary processing)
